Viewing the images of documents printed on HP GDI printers

When you view documents printed on such GDI printers as HP Laser Jet 1018, HP Laser Jet 1020, etc., O&K Print Watch may report an “Unknown format” error.

To fix this error, do the following.

• Run the registry editor on the computer where the HP LaserJet 1020 printer is installed.
• In the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Printers\HP LaserJet 1020\PrinterDriverData, create the RawMode variable of the REG_DWORD type, and set it to 1.
• Restart the computer.
