Hi!

The first picture Fabz posted looks very different from what my interface looks like. I also would like to delete selected records and also even certain printers. But i don't even know how to delete a printer in Printwatch. The other version of the program seems to have these functions included but in my version 4.4.0.2377 i can't find it.
Are they just not included?

Thanks to Oleg, this issue has been resolved and PrintWatch is operating on my Server2008R2 x64 installation. Somehow the installation was corrupted.

I uninstalled PrintWatch, all SQL components, removed the data in the SQL directories (.mdf files). Removed the entries for PrintWatch left in the registry and reinstalled ensuring I used run as administrator on the setup.exe.

Due to issues with the way win7/(Vista) communicates with servers (asynchronous, which server 2003 doesn't support), I recently was forced to upgrade my print server to Server2008R2 (x64 is the only variation) as my deployed printers were randomly dropping connections. I notice that PrintWatch will install in Server2008R2, however it will not list printers and constantly creates dump files.

Can you please advise when/if PrintWatch will be compatible with Server2008R2 Print Servers?

So it is no longer possible to delete individual entries?
What is the latest version of Print Watch that includes this feature (which version is it on the image).

Can I "downgarde" my Version?
Because for us this version is unfortunately useless.

In version 4.4 you should use menu item Tools -> Clear Data...

Hallo,

my Problem is, that I can not delete selected records.
There is no option to delete the records with right-click on the entry.
There is only one option: "Find Ctrl+F".

So, A picture is worth a thousand words.

How it should be:

How it is:
